Services

Please provide a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. You will be charged 100% of the service fee for a missed session. We reserve the right to require a credit card number to be given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a late cancellation does occur. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill out any required paperwork and intake questions. Please call/text (508) 713-5607 to inform us if you are expected to be late. Arriving after your appointment time may result in a loss of time from your massage. Your session ends at the scheduled time. Full appointment costs will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. If you are over 10 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be canceled unless we hear from you otherwise. 

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes ONLY. There is no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. The behavior exhibited may result in filing a report with the local authorities.  

Massage may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions or specific injuries. It is highly recommended that you notify your massage therapist of any pain or discomfort during the session so it can be altered for you.

Your massage therapist will ask you at the beginning of each session if anything in your medical history has changed. It is important to update your therapist on any medical condition changes, to ensure massage is still appropriate. 

Please keep in mind, that massage is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. It is recommended that you seek the attention of a qualified medical professional for any medical or physical condition that requires such attention. 

We will treat minors with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• For children 13 and under, a parent/guardian must be present in the room at the time of and for the duration of their children's treatment.
