Jennifer O'Connell, LMT
Jenni is a licensed massage therapist and graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. She loves helping each client with a personalized treatment for injury or relaxation. She offers therapeutic relaxation, deep tissue, hot stones, myofascial techniques, and prenatal massage.

Sherry Pippert, LMT
Sherry's mission is to provide a comforting and inclusive environment for relaxation and healing through massage therapy. She is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, specializing in relaxation, deep tissue, Myofascial Release, "Tech Neck" and repetitive-use injuries (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, etc.). Offering personalized sessions to suit your mind and body needs, Sherry can help you with stress relief, muscle tension release, and injury rehabilitation.
Tyler Puchulu, LMT
Tyler is a graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. He became interested in massage after receiving his first massage at just 12 years old, and seeing the benefits it provided. In his work, he aims to relax the client through Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. He loves working on clients with neck and/or back pain. Tyler tailors every massage to the individual's needs, in order for them to feel the difference from when they walked in the office.
Ashley Ludden, LMT/Owner
Ashley is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. Ashley grew up dancing from the age of two. She continued her studies at Dean College and SUNY Potsdam, receiving a bachelor's in business management and dance. She became interested in Massage Therapy when she saw her dance students having preventable injuries. Finding a way to help her students in and out of the classroom was a priority. In the meantime, she fell in love with helping anyone she could.
Ashley loves to incorporate Myofascial Release Techniques, Sports Massage, Assisted Stretching, and relaxation techniques into each massage to have the most therapeutic outcome, while still getting the relaxation we all need.
Ashley is not taking on new clients at this time.
