Ashley L., LMT/Owner
Ashley is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. Ashley grew up dancing from the age of two. She continued her studies at Dean College and SUNY Potsdam, receiving a bachelor's in business management and dance. She became interested in Massage Therapy when she saw her dance students having preventable injuries. Finding a way to help her students in and out of the classroom was a priority. In the meantime, she fell in love with helping anyone she could.
Ashley loves to incorporate Myofascial Release Techniques, Sports Massage, Assisted Stretching, and relaxation techniques into each massage to achieve the most therapeutic outcome, while still getting the relaxation we all need.

Sherry P., LMT/Office Manager
Sherry's mission is to provide a comforting and inclusive environment for relaxation and healing through massage therapy. She is a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, specializing in relaxation, deep tissue, Myofascial Release, "Tech Neck" and repetitive-use injuries (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, etc.). Offering personalized sessions to suit your mind and body needs, Sherry can help you with stress relief, muscle tension release, and injury rehabilitation.

Mary discovered her passion for massage therapy during her time as a competitive dancer, after receiving her first massage to help recover from an injury. She quickly recognized the lasting benefits and was inspired to pursue massage as a career. A graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, Mary specializes in relaxation, sports massage, Myofascial Release, chest and abdominal release (Asthma), and repetitive use injuries. She tailors each session to your specific needs, creating a therapeutic and relaxing experience every time.
DEACON
Deacon U., LMT
Deacon is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute Westborough. His goal is to help relieve people's pain and stress through intentional sessions. Deacon loves to integrate assisted stretching, deep tissue, and therapeutic work into each personalized massage to most effectively address your needs.
Amber
Amber H., LMT
Amber completed her massage training at Spa Tech Institute in Westborough, MA, where she built a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork and client care. Amber's favorite massage style is Deep Tissue. She enjoys focusing on sore, problematic areas to help clients reduce pain, tension, and discomfort. Amber believes massage therapy can benefit everyone, both physically and mentally, and takes pride in creating sessions that are both therapeutic and relaxing. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable, cared for, and better than when they arrived.
